We know they’re boring, and like you, we’d much rather be out playing with our dogs than poring over terms and conditions! But they are important in their own right. So here are the Paws N’ All terms and conditions (Ts and Cs).

Consent: By accessing and/or using our site, you agree to these terms and conditions as well as those contained within our Privacy Policy. Please read these carefully and immediately cease using our site if you do not agree to them.
We may, at our discretion, need to amend these terms published on our site for legal or operational reasons – as such, we recommend you check our site regularly to ensure you are up-to-date with our current terms.
Refunds: Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.
However, if there is a major fault with a particular item we have supplied to you, we will exchange it with the same item or substitute it for a similar item of similar or greater value at no cost to you (we will also cover any postage costs associated with returning the faulty item and delivering your replacement item). A major problem, as outlined by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) is one where the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you had known about it
- Is unsafe
- Is significantly different from a sample or description
- Doesn’t do what we said it would or what you asked for
If for some reason our box as a whole has not met the above criteria, please let us know as soon as you can so that we can make it up to you and learn from our mistake! We will happily exchange the contents for a new set of products or provide you with a full refund.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
